The Lord awaits you here!

At St. John Bosco, as part of the Lakewood Catholic Parish Family, we share a deep bond with our sister parish, St. Frances Cabrini, united in our mission to live the Gospel, celebrate the sacraments, and serve one another with love.

You will find a vibrant and welcoming community committed to prayer, fellowship, and service here. We warmly invite you to spend time in quiet prayer before the Tabernacle, where Christ is truly present — a sacred space for reflection, peace, and encounter with the Lord.

Come join us as we walk together in faith and discipleship.

Who Are We?

Why We Are Becoming a Parish Family

As part of the Archdiocese of Seattle’s Partners in the Gospel initiative, our local parishes—St. Frances Cabrini, St. John Bosco, and Immaculate Conception—began the journey of becoming a parish family. With fewer priests, changing demographics, and a deep desire to grow as disciples of Jesus, the Archdiocese is bringing parishes together to share resources and build stronger faith communities. By becoming a parish family, we are not losing our identity—we are gaining partners in mission, united in prayer, service, and the Eucharist.

Our parish family will begin Listening Sessions this fall, starting at St. John Bosco on October 19th, then at St. Frances Cabrini on October 26th. In preparation for the listening sessions, we need to gather some demographic information. Please fill out the short survey by clicking the button below. We encourage every parishioner to participate in. Your voice matters!
